It all starts with a conversation
Before starting a new project, it’s important that we hear your story; where you’ve been and where you’d like to go. We ask lots of questions. Online or in person, your place or ours; the goal is the same. To develop a thorough understanding of your business situation.
Upon further review
After our chat, we dig deeper into your business, your industry, your customers, and your competition. What’s working and what needs work. Collect as much information as possible so that we can create a plan that will have a profitable outcome.
Correct me if I’m wrong
Next we put together a summary and a budget to see if we have things right. We make sure that we’re all on the same page with objectives, expectations, and finances. If we need to make adjustments, now’s the time to do it.
Time to get serious
We invest some serious time and effort into creating an agreement with detailed specifications covering every aspect of the job. Things like defining the scope of work, preparing a schedule (yeah, we actually deliver projects on time!), who’s responsible for what, and the cost. Once we have the details right we’re ready for some autographs (and a check!).
Now the real fun begins
Creating awesomeness is much easier when you start with a great plan. Our planning process ensures that we accomplish your objectives AND meet our deadlines. We’ll even give you regular status updates and request approvals at important milestones along the way. What matters most is that we forge successful relationships that last for years (the kind where you happily pay us for a job well done).
